Privacy and photo storage

Information we use

To run the service we process your uploaded photo, your outfit choice or description, your email address, order and payment status, generated videos, private-access credentials and technical records needed to operate and protect the service. Stripe handles payment details; never email us card information. We don’t publish your photos or videos.

Providers

KIE processes your photo and outfit instructions to generate the video. Cloudflare provides hosting, storage and email delivery. Stripe processes payments. Providers handle data under their own terms and retention rules; deleting a file from our storage does not guarantee immediate deletion from theirs.

Retention and private access

Uploaded photos stay in our storage for up to 7 days. Photo drafts saved in your browser expire after 24 hours. Finished videos stay available for 30 days, and email links are valid for 30 days after they are sent. Unused credits don’t expire; order and payment records may be kept as long as needed for service, disputes and legal obligations.

Anyone with your private order link can open the order, so keep it private and download your video before it expires. Orders can’t be looked up by email address alone on a public page.

Consent

You may only upload photos of yourself or of adults who agreed to be in the video. We refuse outfit descriptions involving underwear, swimwear, sheer fabric or nudity, and we act on reports of videos made without permission.

Cookies and analytics

Essential browser storage keeps drafts, orders and private access working. Privacy-friendly analytics and Google Analytics measure page visits and the purchase-to-video flow; analytics storage is enabled by default. We don’t intentionally send photos, email addresses, private tokens or private order URLs to analytics. Advertising consent is separate.

Your requests

For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, email support@victoriasecretvideo.com from your checkout address. We may need to verify that the order is yours and keep records required for payments or legal obligations.
