Email support@victoriasecretvideo.com from the address you used at checkout. Include your order reference, what happened and roughly when you paid. A screenshot can help; never send card details, passwords or your private access link.

Missing an email or link?

Check your spam folder and your recent orders in the browser you used for checkout. Emails can arrive after the video is finished; a missing email does not mean generation failed. If your 30-day email link has expired, contact us to recover access to unused credits.

Outfit description refused?

The generator only creates covered clothing. Remove words about lingerie, underwear, swimwear, sheer fabric or nudity and describe a gown, suit, dress, cape or wings instead.

Generation or refund questions

Tell us which video is affected and whether it is pending, failed or finished. A confirmed generation failure returns that attempt’s credit once. For money back, see the refund policy. We can’t guarantee a response time or a video completion time.

Removal requests

If a video made with this service shows you without your permission, email us with details and we will investigate.
